A Harvard trained Master’s Degree holder in Environmental Law, he earned his Ph.D. in Juridical Sciences at the George Washington University, United States of America. He is an expert in Environmental Law and Policy. He also participated in formulating the Environmental Regulatory Regime of the Nigeria-Sao Tome and Principe JDZ. He also has an MBA. He is a member of several International Professional bodies and Institutes.
